constant noisemildew smell

The jazz theme was initially appealing, but the execution fell short (i thought). the room i got, a 'standard double or twin room,' faced the street, and the noise was constant. even with earplugs, sleep was difficult. furthermore, the bathroom had a persistent mildew smell. Despite mentioning it, the issue remained throughout my stay.

the room felt small. air condition was completely underperforming it was like a fan with a little bit of cold air. also the room lacked things like slippers. this is something i expect from a 4-star hotel.

the staff were very friendly and helpful.. they ordered our taxi and packed us a takeaway breakfast since we checked out before breakfast on our last day.

the air condition was completely underperforming in the room. i would compare it to a fan with a little bit of cold air. the room also didn't have things like slippers, or hand paper towels. this is something i expect from a 4-star hotel.

The staff were helpful enough at the bar. Nothing to write home about.

the room cleaning was definitely lacking. i found a few hairs in the bathroom, and the floor didn't seem like it had been properly cleaned before my arrival. also, the breakfast was pretty standard, nothing special. it was acceptable but not amazing.

The check-in process was quick even with train delays. The room included air conditioning and ample storage space. Breakfast offered many choices including fruit and hot food. The hotel's location provides easy access to transport links.

The hotel provided a delicious breakfast with many choices. The hotel's location was amazing, close to attractions and public transportation. I enjoyed the room decor, it had a particularly nice mural inside the lift shaft.
